Doon Public School students celebrate Diwali in unique way

Students of Doon Public School celebrate Diwali.

Panchkula, November 9, 2015: With the onset of Diwali festivity, the Doon Public School, Sector – 21, Panchkula celebrated the Festival of lights in a very constructive way. Pot Decoration, Thali Decoration and Rangoli Competitions were held at Inter House Levels.
 
The Students showcased their talent by making intricate Rangoli designs and by decorating pots and Thalis beautifully. All the Rangolis created by students gave social messages like Save environment, Celebrate Cracker free Diwali etc.
 
Judges appreciated the creativity & efforts of all the participants and found it tough to select the best entries.
Drishti Ved of Forward House was adjudged 1St in Pot Decoration, Simran Bedi of Unity House in Thali Decoration and Omkar Marathe of Unity House in Rangoli Competition.
 
Principal Capt Sanjay Anand applauded the efforts of the students and motivated the students to celebrate pollution free Diwali in its purest form by lighting lamps and sharing with less fortunate.
