Rohtak, August 19, 2026: The Department of English and Foreign Languages at Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) organised an expert session on skin and hair care for students.
Dr Sheenam Hooda, Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology at PGIMS, Rohtak, interacted with students and shared practical tips for maintaining healthy skin and hair.
Dr Sheenam highlighted common skin disorders, preventive measures and the importance of healthy daily habits. She advised students against self-medication for skin problems and urged them to seek expert medical advice and rely on evidence-based health information.
Students raised questions about various skin and hair-related concerns, which Dr Hooda addressed during the interactive session. She stressed the importance of regular care and timely consultation with a specialist.
HoD Prof. Gulab Singh, Prof. Neelam Hooda and Dr Kavita were also present.
