Doaba College’s NCC Unit organizes Plogging March

Jalandhar: Doaba College’s NCC Unit Organized 1KM Plogging March from Bhagat Singh Chowk to Punjab Press Club on the direction of Colonel Parveen Kabthiyal. ANO Lt. Rahul Bhardwaj, Training JCO Subedar Amarjit Singh and Three NCO’s along with 35 cadets participated in the event. 

In plogging march Cadets picked up trash and litter to propagate the message amongst the populace to keep the surroundings clean. The motive of the march was to make people recall the incident of brutal killing of innocent people at Jallianwala Bagh on. Slogans and Banners were used to capture the attention of local people.

Principal Dr. Pardeep Bhandari motivated the Cadets by asking them to maintain the sanctity and dignity of their uniform and inculcating the spirit of patriotism and social service while discharging their duties
