DMC Alumni Meet held

Ludhiana, December 23, 2023: Annual DMC Alumni Meet 2023 ‘Lamhe…the nostalgic imprints’ was held here which was attended by more than 200 alumni who come from different parts of the country and  from abroad.  

The day began with a felicitation programme which was held at DMC College Campus. The event this year was held in honour of the Silver Jubilee Batch of 1998 and the Golden Jubilee Batch of 1973..

Secretary of DMCH Managing Society Bipin Gupta was the chief guest for the event.

Other dignitaries who were present on the occasion were Treasurer Mukesh Kumar, Principal Dr Sandeep Puri, Vice-Principal Dr G S Wander, Dean Academics Dr Sandeep Kaushal and Medical Supdts. Dr Sandeep Sharma, Dr Ashwani K Chaudhary and Dr Bishav Mohan.

In his inaugural address, Secretary DMCH Managing Society Sh Bipin Gupta said that the alumni should stay connected with  their alma mater as they are the ambassadors of our institution.

Principal, Dr Sandeep Puri welcomed all the dignitaries and appreciated the efforts of DMCH Alumni Committee for conducting this programme.

During the event, a few alumni also offered a unique collection of vintage college photos, cherishing their past experiences with their fellow students. "It was wonderful to reunite with all of my old friends after a long time."One DMCH alumnus noted, "We relived our memories and those days came fresh before our eyes."

The highlight of the meet was the Cultural Extravaganza which was held late in the evening in Hotel Maharaja Regency.

The DMC Alumni Committee members, Dr. Puneet A. Pooni (Chairperson), Dr Shibba T. Chhabra (Convener), Dr Suman Puri (Coordinator), and Dr  Dinesh Jain (Secretary), expressed gratitude to all of the alumni for attending and contributing to the momentous day.
