Rohtak, March 20, 2026: During a webinar organized by the Multidisciplinary Research Unit at PGIMS, Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, modern methods for ensuring transparency and impartiality in medical research were discussed.

The webinar focused on the topic of "Randomization and Allocation Concealment Techniques." Director Dr. S.K. Singhal attended the event as the Chief Guest.

Vice-Chancellor Dr. H.K. Agarwal provided guidance in his capacity as the Chief Patron. The event was organized by Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Organizing Secretary and Nodal Officer for both the Department of Pathology and the Multidisciplinary Research Unit. 

Director Dr. S.K. Singhal said that randomization and allocation concealment techniques play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and credibility of medical research. He emphasized that researchers should strive to achieve impartial and reliable results by utilizing these techniques in their studies.

Keynote Speaker, Dr. Sachin Mumbare elucidated the role of randomization and allocation concealment in clinical research using simple, illustrative examples. He explained how these techniques assist in minimizing research bias.

Dr. Sanjay Kumar said that the objective of this webinar was to highlight the significance of randomization and allocation concealment within the field of medical research. More than 150 participants from seven states took part in the webinar. E-certificates will be issued to all participants. Dr. Renu Jakhar, Dr. Madhu, Dr. Niti, and Dr. Ritika were also present during the event.
