Citizens of Rohtak can now conveniently submit their census details online through the official portal https://se.census.gov.in, ensuring accuracy, ease, and timely data collection.
This will be followed by the House listing and Housing Census (HLO) from May 1 to May 30, 2026, during which enumerators will visit households for verification. The Population Enumeration phase is scheduled for February 2027.
For the first time, the Census process is being conducted in a fully digital mode, allowing residents to complete their census forms using mobile phones, tablets, or computers from the comfort of their homes.
Upon submission, a unique Self-Enumeration ID (SE ID) will be generated, which must be shared with the enumerator during field verification.
Residents can complete self-enumeration by following these steps:
• Visit https://se.census.gov.in
• Login using mobile number and OTP
• Mark location of residence on digital map
• Fill in details of all household members
• Provide information on housing conditions, amenities, and socio-economic indicators
• Review and submit the form
• Receive and retain the SE ID for verification
