Delegation consisting of 30 Members of CII Ludhiana Zone visited Kangaro Industries Limited

Ludhiana, May 24, 2023: A delegation consisting of 30 Members of CII Ludhiana Zone visited Kangaro Industries Limited, Ludhiana to see the latest technologies and overwhelm working culture adopted by the industry. 

Rishi Pahwa, Chairman, CII, Ludhiana Zone and JMD Avon Cycles Limited said that members saw a highly motivated Team Management and workforce, perfect Lean manufacturing process, 5S, TPM, Quality Circle and new product development as well as the company’s vision & key focus areas finding new opportunities in the Domestic and International markets. In Kangaroo, impressive use of IT Software and great management of space was observed. Industry 4.0 & Lean manufacturing process really well implemented. 

Lokesh Jain, Vice Chairman, CII Ludhiana and other Senior Members shared that it was an eye-opening industrial visit to Kangaro Industries, where they set up advanced machines for development and latest equipment’s producing the best varieties of product range.

Ambrish Jain, Managing Director and Gautam Jain, Executive Director of Kangaro Industries Limited interacted with the delegation and shared about the numerous key initiatives, taken by the Kangaro for growth and effective management and also shared that People Development and Manufacturing Excellence are the key factors of success.

Randeep Bhogal, Convenor, CII Ludhiana Zone shared that to compete in today's market trends we should focus on continuous improvement. It will help to increase the productivity and production, effective use of land by multistorey production, importance and effective use of data and regular analysis to grow.
