Rohtak, March 5, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta said that ensuring swift, transparent and effective resolution of public grievances remains one of the foremost priorities of the district administration. In line with the directions of the Haryana Government, Samadhan Shivirs are being organised every Monday and Thursday at the district and sub-division level to provide citizens a direct platform for addressing their concerns.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasised that these camps are designed to ensure that citizens receive timely relief without having to repeatedly visit government offices. He directed all officers to treat complaints received during the camps with utmost seriousness and ensure their priority-based disposal within the stipulated timeline.

DC Sachin Gupta instructed officials to remain sensitive and responsive while dealing with public grievances, ensuring that every complaint is addressed in a fair, transparent and time-bound manner. He said that Samadhan Shivirs serve as an important bridge between the administration and citizens, enabling direct interaction and quick decision-making.

He further noted that the initiative allows the administration to understand local issues firsthand and issue immediate directions to concerned departments, thereby ensuring greater transparency, accountability and efficiency in governance. The district administration, he added, will continue to organise such camps regularly so that citizens receive timely justice and administrative support.

During the camp, residents from different parts of the district presented their grievances before the Deputy Commissioner. Many issues were resolved on the spot, while necessary directions were issued to concerned departments for early action in other cases.

Complaints related to departments such as Revenue, Municipal Corporation, Police, Electricity Department, Public Health Engineering, Social Justice & Empowerment, and Women & Child Development were received and reviewed. The Deputy Commissioner directed officials to thoroughly examine each matter and ensure prompt resolution.

Among those present on the occasion were City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, and officers from various departments.
