DC Sachin Gupta directs officers to resolve complaints of Samadhan Camps on the spot
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officers to make efforts to resolve complaints received during the Samadhan Camps on the spot. He said that issues related to Property ID and Property Tax under the Municipal Corporation and Family ID under CRID should be resolved during the Camps itself. For this, one operator each from the Municipal Corporation and CRID should be deployed at the camp.
Rohtak, August 25, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officers to make efforts to resolve complaints received during the Samadhan Camps on the spot. He said that issues related to Property ID and Property Tax under the Municipal Corporation and Family ID under CRID should be resolved during the Camps itself. For this, one operator each from the Municipal Corporation and CRID should be deployed at the camp.
DC Sachin Gupta, along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, District Development & Panchayat Officer Rajpal Chahal, and District Revenue Officer Pramod Chahal, was listening to public grievances in the Smadhan Camp at the Mini Secretariat Conference Hall. He emphasized that as per government directions, every complaint must be resolved during the camp itself. He instructed that amendments in Property ID/Property Tax and Family ID should be handled on the spot in the Samadhan Camps.
During the camp, The Deputy Commissioner reviewed waterlogging issues with Superintendent Engineer (Public Health) Shivraj Singh and Executive Engineer Sanjeev Kumar and directed them to immediately ensure water drainage. He instructed that areas prone to waterlogging must be permanently fixed so that citizens do not face inconvenience during the rainy season. While hearing grievances related to the Power Department, Revenue, Police, Municipal Corporation, Family ID, Health Department, etc., he gave necessary directions to the concerned officers on-the-spot. Senior officials of all relevant departments were present on this occasion.
