Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has directed officers to ensure prompt and effective resolution of complaints received during Samadhan Shivirs, emphasizing that grievances should be addressed with a positive and citizen-centric approach.
Rohtak, March 12, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has directed officers to ensure prompt and effective resolution of complaints received during Samadhan Shivirs, emphasizing that grievances should be addressed with a positive and citizen-centric approach.
The Deputy Commissioner said that while resolving complaints, officers must interact directly with the concerned citizens and inform them about the action being taken by the department so that grievances are resolved satisfactorily and permanently.
He informed that, as per the directions of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Samadhan Shivirs are being organised every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the district headquarters and sub-divisional headquarters to ensure immediate resolution of citizens’ issues under one roof.
During these camps, senior officers from various departments remain present on the spot to hear grievances and provide solutions. Departments have been directed to ensure time-bound disposal of all complaints received during these camps.
As per the directions of the Deputy Commissioner, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar and DRO Pramod Chahal heard grievances of citizens at the Samadhan Shivir organised at the district headquarters.
They directed officials of the concerned departments to ensure early disposal of complaints and submit reports in the prescribed format regarding action taken.
Samadhan Shivirs were also organised at the Sampla and Meham sub-divisional headquarters, where SDM Utsav Anand and SDM Vipin Kumar respectively heard grievances of citizens.
