DC Sachin Gupta directs departments to work in close coordination for the Agniveer Recruitment Rally, to be held from 10th to 15th December.
                        Rohtak, November 3, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has directed all departments to work in close coordination for the upcoming Agniveer Army Recruitment Rally, scheduled to be held in Rohtak from 10th to 15th December 2025.
He emphasized that all requisite arrangements should be completed well in advance to ensure that the entire recruitment process is conducted smoothly, efficiently, and without inconvenience to the candidates. The Deputy Commissioner further instructed that all departments must fulfill their assigned responsibilities in a time-bound and coordinated manner.
He also announced the formation of a coordination committee to ensure effective inter-departmental communication and oversight during the recruitment period. The rally will witness participation from candidates belonging to Rohtak, Jhajjar, Sonipat, and Panipat districts.
Presiding over a preparatory meeting held at the Mini Secretariat auditorium, DC Sachin Gupta informed that the recruitment rally will take place at the Rajiv Gandhi Sports Complex, Rohtak. He said the district administration will extend full support and cooperation to the Army authorities to ensure the event is conducted in a well-organized and disciplined manner.
He directed officials to make comprehensive arrangements for traffic management, sanitation, medical facilities, water supply, and security, ensuring that every candidate attending the rally experiences a safe and convenient environment.
During the meeting, officers from the Army Recruitment Office gave a detailed presentation on the recruitment process and briefed about the specific departmental arrangements required during the rally.
To ensure proper coordination and management of the rally, Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has constituted a five-member committee under the chairmanship of the SDM, Meham. The committee includes the OSD to Divisional Commissioner, Army Recruitment Officer, Secretary, District Sainik Board, and the Accounts Officer from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office. This committee will coordinate with all concerned departments for smooth execution of the recruitment rally and oversee all administrative, logistical, and facility management arrangements.
Among those present at the meeting were Municipal Commissioner Dr. Anand Sharma, ADC Narendra Kumar, SDM (Sampla) Utsav Anand, RTA Secretary Virender Singh Dhull, SDM Ashish Kumar, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, GM Roadways Vipin Kumar, Civil Surgeon Dr. Ramesh Chand, and District Sainik and Ex-Servicemen Welfare Officer Wing Commander Gaurika Suhag, along with officials from the Army Recruitment Office and other departments.
