The process of decluttering mind of fears, doubts and worries has to begin with our own effort. The technique of cleaning was shared and a session of 15 minutes was executed in virtual mode so that experience becomes the basis of belief.
Only when we take charge of cleaning of our negativity, will we be able to live with lightness that allows for creativity, self-confidence and feeling fulfilled.

Nurturing your own self through heartful meditation is not to be postponed, but is to be started today.

Dr. Pramod suggested participants to keep a diary to note experience of daily meditation and see the transformation.
