Ludhiana: School of Hotel Management, Airlines and Tourism, CT University organized its 1st Hospitality & Tourism International HR E-Summit on Renewals of Human Resource: Redefining Hospitality and Tourism Industry, where HR Stalwarts from International and National Hospitality Industry pondered upon the present challenges being faced by organizations in managing and developing human resources.

They also churned out the propagating ideas for the renewal of human resources by deliberating upon innovative HR practices.

CTU Vice Chancellor Dr. Harsh Sadawarti and Dr. (Chef) Varinder Singh Rana, Dean SOHMAT welcomed all guests and highlighted the importance of hosting such summits.

Dr. Glen Pattiradjawane, General Manager at The Surga, Bali (Indonesia) emphasized about the train, motivate, promote and coach concept for the employees to enhance the multitasking skills of the employees. Whereas, Srinivas Rao, Director of Talent & Culture & Head HR·‎Pullman-Novotel highlighted the importance of understanding and further giving such options like multitasking, flexible working, work from home options.

On the other hand, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saxena, Additional General Manager (Learning & Development) ‎Jaypee Hotels Ltd quoted by striking a balance between the business and people's expectations, we will enhance the employee experience significantly. Anuraag Kadam, Assistant Manager-Human Resources The Lalit Golf and Spa Resort Goa mentioned that current time is a perfect opportunity for us as HR professionals to transform ourselves and act as catalysts to ensure a seamless and enhanced employee experience despite the ambiguity.
