Ludhiana, May 9, 2022: The School of Engineering & Technology, CT University organized an Expert Session on 'Cyber Crime Awareness and Methods to Secure Social Activities on Internet' by Adv. Dattatray Bhagwan Dhainje, Cyber Law Expert, Pune.
Adv. Dattatray Bhagwan Dhainje has been working in this field for the past 7 years and is helping in Cyber Crime Investigation to various police stations across Maharashtra. He discussed different aspects related to the Cyber Security Techniques, securing the Internet Banking, usage of wallet and shared knowledge about cybercrimes  prevailing in the market and much more.  In addition to it, he explained how to secure your personal accounts on social media platforms and gave a live demonstration of Genuine Website Authentication.

This workshop was coordinated by Dr Jaspreet Kaur and Mandeep Kaur so that students could be made aware of the rising crime through cyber. 

CTU Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh and Vice Chancellor Dr. Harsh Sadawarti appreciated the initiatives & efforts of team for conducting such events to make students aware of it to serve society in a better way.
