CT University organises Prof. (Dr.) B.K Sharma National Youth Summit

Ludhiana,  April 17, 2023:  Prof. (Dr.) B.K Sharma National Youth Summit was organized by CT University and Ishika Deosi (Founder President of Prof. (Dr.) B.K Sharma National Youth Summit) at Ishmeet Singh Music Institute auditorium.   Sukhwinder Singh Bindra (Former State Chairman Punjab Dept. of Sports and Youth Service), Dr. Manish Jindal (CEO Hover Robotics), Harpreet Singh (Vice Chairman , CT University ) , Dr. Simranjeet Kur Gill, Principal School of Law CT University, Dr. Divya Khurana, Asst. Prof, School of Law CT University graced the event as a Chief Guest.


Youth Parliament is a grandiose opportunity for young minds to experience the functioning of a parliamentary democracy. A platform of such kind provides an extraordinary opportunity to the young minds to develop an understanding about the role of diplomats and deliberations done by the legislative bodies in shaping up laws.


More than 150 Delegates from pan India representing the portfolios of various Parliamentarians.  30 students from the School of Law, CT University participated as The Delegates debated and shared their opinions on Reviewing the Reservation System in India. The session was coordinated by Ravitej Singh as a Speaker, Chiragdeep Singh and Ashmeet Gurum as a Deputy Speaker and Prabhleen Singh acted as a Chief Editor.

All the delegates participated in the session with high zest & zeal and discussed all the intricacies & lacunas in the Reservation System with full enthusiasm. Amongst all the delegates Priyanka representing the portfolio of Adhiranjan Chaudhary bagged the position of Verbal Mension, Parul Kumari representing the portfolio of Supriya Sulle bagged the award Special Mension 1 and Mehak Arora representing the portfolio of Sonia Gandhi bagged the position of Special Mension 2.

Vice Chairman ( CT University ) Harpreet Singh accoladed the efforts of the whole Team for organizing a well-structured and educative event. Further, Principal School of Law Dr. Simranjeet Kaur Gill also appreciated the efforts of all the Delegates and encouraged all other students to come forward and participate in such events. On this occasion Deputy Director, Department of Student Welfare Er. Davinder Singh said India’s biggest asset is its youth population, he stressed on the importance of youth education and right guidance from the educators.
