CT University organises National Conference on Higher Education

Ludhiana, April 29, 2023 : CT University organized a National Conference on Higher Education, which was attended by more than 350 teachers and principals. Dr. Prem Kumar, Executive Director-Education, L.Bhadhur Chand Munjal Foundation (Hero Group), who is well known and highly regarded as a strategist and innovative leader in conceiving, organizing and managing business and educational institutions, graced the occasion as Chief Guest. The keynote speakers, Dr. Navdeep Bhardwaj, President; Dr. Monika Dua, Principal, B.C.M College of Education, Ludhiana; and Dr. Amandeep Kaur Bakshi, Eastwood International School Mulanpur, Ludhiana, and the panellists spoke about the National Education Policy 2020 and major reforms in school education, bridge the gap between school education and higher education respectively.

The event started with the lamp lighting ceremony. Dr. Satish, Vice Chancellor (Off.) ; Principal of School of Law Dr. Simran ; Dr. Harmeet Singh Deputy Director IPR Cell ; Dr. Jimmy Singla , Head, School of Engineering and Technology; Director CRC, Rajesh Kapoor emphasised on different topics such as research, innovation, placements, etc.

On this occasion, Hon'ble Chancellor Charanjit Singh Channi interacted with the teachers and motivated them. The management of CT University felicitated the guests. The vote of thanks was given by Registrar Sarabpreet Singh.
Dr. Prem Kumar said, "It's a great opportunity for us all to gather and exchange ideas on how we can bridge the gap between school education and higher education. By coming together at this conference, we can learn from each other and identify new strategies for preparing students for success in higher education and beyond."
