CT University organises Awareness Program on Drug Abuse, Crime against Women and Traffic Rules.

Ludhiana, December 13, 2022: CT University's Department of Student Welfare and Police & Public Administration organized an awareness Program on Drug Abuse, Crime against Women and About Traffic Rules. Anurag Paul, State Joint Secretary Aam Aadmi Party Punjab and a Social Activists had an interactive session with the students. Dr. Kaustubh Sharma, IGP Ludhiana,  Anita Darshi, ADC Ludhiana presided over the event as Chief Guest and addressed the students. The main aim of the event was to aware the students regarding the issues which are escalating rapidly.  

IPS Dr. Kaustubh Sharma said “The talented youth are a valuable asset of our country and it is our collective duty to aware them and make them responsible citizens of our country.” He explained about the ill effects of drugs and campaigns started for awareness.

Anurag Paul, State Joint Secretary Aam Aadmi Party Punjab and a Social Activists, said “Through the youth we are spreading the message to their parents, siblings and friends. We all need to introspect collectively and act responsibly.”

Dr. Manbir, Pro Chancellor, CT University appreciated the effort of the team and thanked the guests.  On this occasion CT University’s Vice Chancellor (off.) Dr. Satish Kumar; Davinder Singh, Deputy Director Student Welfare ; Sahil Kapoor, Director- Business Development & Marketing; Ati Priye, Director-Planning and Development , Faculty and students were present. SSP Satwinder Singh Virk was also present.
