CT University organised Inter-School championships

Directorate of Sports, CT University organised Inter-School championships of cricket, volleyball, Kabbadi , football for the students of  University. The championships were conducted separately for boys and girls. The matches overwhelmed the spectators; More than 300 students from 9 different schools of CT University participated in the championships.

Ludhiana, February 8, 2023: Directorate of Sports, CT University organised Inter-School championships of cricket, volleyball, Kabbadi , football for the students of  University. The championships were conducted separately for boys and girls. The matches overwhelmed the spectators; More than 300 students from 9 different schools of CT University participated in the championships.

In VOLLEYBALL Boys the team of School of Pharmaceutical Sciences won the first position, School of Engineering and Technology won the second and third position is bagged by School of Management Studies, In VOLLEYBALL girls, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences bagged the first position whereas School of Engineering and Technology and School of Humanities and Physical Education bagged the second and third position respectively.

In KABBADI Championship Boys, School of Engineering and Technology bagged the first position, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences & School of Humanities and Physical education second and third position respectively. In Girls, 1st Position is bagged by School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 2nd Position by School of Humanities and Physical education and 3rd Position by School of Law.

In Cricket Championship Boys 1st Position is bagged by School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, School of Humanities and Physical Education and School of Engineering and Technology bagged the second and third position respectively.

In Girls, School of Law won the first position, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences and School of Engineering and Technology won the second and third position.

In Football, Boys the team of School of Humanities and Physical Education won the first position, School of Health and Pharmaceutical Sciences & School of Engineering and Technology bagged the second and third position.  Girls team of School of Pharmaceutical Sciences won the first and School of Management Studies bagged the second.

In victory ceremony more than 100 students were felicitated with Trophies, Medals and Certificates.

On this occasion, CT University’s  Hon’ble Chancellor, S. Charanjit Singh Channi, Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh , Vice-Chancellor (off.)  Dr. Satish Kumar & Dean SOHPE and Director Sports Dr. Pravin Kumar, Registrar Sarabpreet Singh, Deputy Director Department of Student Welfare Davinder Singh felicitated the students with Trophies, Medals and Certificates and congratulated the students.

CT University’s Hon’ble Chancellor, S. Charanjit Singh Channi said appreciated the efforts of the students and urged them to continue to strive for other higher-level national and international competitions to bringing glory to the university.
