Chandigarh, February 26, 2026: Chandigarh Power Distribution Limited (CPDL) informed consumers that during the current transition phase, they are making consistent and dedicated efforts to ensure the timely generation and delivery of electricity bills through different modes, so that no consumer faces any inconvenience.
Acknowledging that some consumers may have received their bills closer to the due date, CPDL has further strengthened its outreach measures. An official release said: “We have introduced both door-to-door and digitalized delivery of electricity bills to enhance availability. In case any consumer does not receive the monthly bill on time or requires a copy, the same will be shared promptly upon reaching out through any of our official communication channels. Our team is consistently working to ensure smooth and prompt response to all billing-related requests.
As part of our digitalization process, official payment links are also being shared via WhatsApp upon bill generation, enabling simple and secure payments. Consumers are further encouraged to download their bills from the official CPDL website for easy and anytime access.
