Community Kitchen organised on Kartik Purnima and Guru Nanak Jayanti

Shree Shyam Karuna Foundation organized the 88th Community Kitchen, or 'Bhandara' at Industrial Area Phase 1 on the occasion of Kartik Purnima and Guru Nanak Jayanti. The 'Bhandara' was organised under the leadership of a social worker and founder of Shree Shyam Karuna Foundation, Amitabh Rungta.

Panchkula, November 27, 2023: Shree Shyam Karuna Foundation organized the 88th Community Kitchen, or 'Bhandara' at Industrial Area Phase 1 on the occasion of Kartik Purnima and Guru Nanak Jayanti. The 'Bhandara' was organised under the leadership of a social worker and founder of Shree Shyam Karuna Foundation, Amitabh Rungta.

On this occasion, Amitabh Rungta made the public aware about the importance of Kartik Purnima and Guru Nanak Jayanti. Rungta said, “The month is completely dedicated to charity. Donating even a bowl of food or organizing a 'Bhandara' leads to the reduction of one's sorrows and troubles. The occasion has both a religious and social importance.”
 
He said that providing food for hungry people is the highest noble cause. So being a responsible citizen, we should always help out poor people in any form and should impart these good qualities further to our children, so that they can help others in future.
 
During the 'Bhandara'  Amitabh Rungta was accompanied by Anupama Rungta, Chaitanya Rungta, Pragati Rungta, Deepali Rungta, Sukhpal Singh, Suresh Jangra, Nidhi Sandhu, Ajay Sen, Sonam, Sushant, Ganesh, Raju, Amar, Sunil, Seema Avdesh and others. All of them extended their support and helped in smooth conduct of the 'Bhandara'.
