CM Nayab Singh Saini Virtually Listens to Citizens' Grievances at 'Samadhan Shivir'; DC Sachin Gupta directs officials to resolve pending complaints

He emphasized that officials must ensure the immediate resolution of pending complaints from previous camps, as well as the prompt and proper disposal of new complaints being received at the current camps.
Rohtak, April 9, 2026: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini virtually listened to citizens' grievances during a 'Samadhan Shivir' and issued necessary directives to the concerned officials. He emphasized that officials must ensure the immediate resolution of pending complaints from previous camps, as well as the prompt and proper disposal of new complaints being received at the current camps.
On Thursday, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini joined the 'Samadhan Shivir' virtually from the Chandigarh headquarters. He interacted with citizens who had arrived in various districts with their grievances, personally listening to their issues.
Meanwhile, at the local level, Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta listened to the citizens' complaints and directed the senior officials present on the spot to ensure their speedy resolution. Prominent officials present at the 'Samadhan Shivir' included Superintendent of Police Gaurav Rajpurohit, Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, HPPA State Coordinator Dr. Satish Khola, Municipal Corporation Joint Commissioner Namita Singh, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, and Deputy Superintendent of Police Dalip Singh, among others.
While listening to citizens' complaints during the 'Samadhan Shivir,' Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officials to ensure that all pending complaints from previous camps are resolved by this evening. He stated that on Friday, the Haryana Samadhan Cell would conduct a virtual review of the complaint resolution process, and a parallel review of pending and re-opened complaints across various departments would also be conducted at the local level.
The Deputy Commissioner further emphasized that, in order to achieve permanent solutions to citizens' problems, officials must engage in dialogue with the concerned citizens while resolving their complaints. They should keep the citizens informed about the actions being taken by the department to ensure their satisfaction. The District Administration has also established a dedicated calling cell to collect feedback from citizens, thereby enabling the administration to gauge citizen satisfaction and ensure that complaints are resolved in a permanent and effective manner.
In addition to the district headquarters, 'Samadhan Shivirs' were also organized in the Sampla and Meham sub-divisions. In Sampla, SDM Ankita Panwar listened to citizens' complaints, while in Meham, SDM Vipin Kumar addressed the citizens' grievances. A total of four complaints were received during the 'Samadhan Shivir,' and necessary directives regarding their resolution were issued to the officials present on the spot.
Dr. Satish Khola, State Coordinator of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority (PPP), listened in detail to the grievances of citizens attending a 'Samadhan Shivir' (Redressal Camp) held in Rohtak and issued directives to the concerned officials for their prompt resolution. During the camp, citizens registered complaints regarding issues related to income, details of family members, eligibility criteria, and difficulties encountered in availing the benefits of various government schemes. Seriously reviewing all the complaints, Dr. Satish Khola directed that every case be recorded on a priority basis and that a resolution be ensured on the spot.
Officials from various departments were present on the occasion, including Sanjeev Kumar (Executive Engineer, Public Health Department), Dr. Surender Malik (Deputy Director of Agriculture), Diljit Singh (DEEO), Dr. Satpal (District Ayurvedic Officer), Kuldeep Singh (District Child Protection Officer), Mahabir Prasad (LDM), and Renu Sisodia (District Welfare Officer).
