Ludhiana, June 15, 2025: Punjab Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, Leader of Opposition and former Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, legendary cricketer and AAP MP Harbhajan Singh, senior AAP leader Manish Sisodia, and Punjab AAP President Aman Arora campaigned in Ludhiana West to garner support for AAP candidate Sanjeev Arora. The leaders addressed massive gatherings in Ward No. 58, Ward No. 53, and Ward No. 73, urging the public to vote for AAP on June 19. CM Mann addressed gatherings virtually due to health issues and promised to actively join the campaign on ground on Monday. After that, it’s our responsibility to elevate him to the Cabinet to ensure Ludhiana West witnesses rapid development,” he said. “From June 24, when Sanjeev Arora takes his oath as a minister, you will begin to see visible progress,” Mann promised.

Urging voters to turn out in large numbers, Mann highlighted the convenience of the voting process. “There are 192 to 195 booths, with only 700-800 voters per booth. It will take just 10-15 minutes of your time to vote on June 19,” he assured.

Referring to cricketer Harbhajan Singh, who was present at the event, Mann spoke about Punjab’s potential in sports. “With proper infrastructure and stadiums, Punjab can lead in every sport. CM Mann criticized opposition leaders for their arrogance and misconduct. “We have seen videos of opposition leaders abusing school principals and tearing up job seekers’ documents. Even within their parties, they remain divided and argumentative. They lack the vision and humility needed for public service,” he said.

Highlighting AAP’s ideology, Mann stated, “Arvind Kejriwal formed this party to serve the people. We chose this path because we could not stand by as Punjab and the nation were ruined by selfish politicians. We owe it to the next generation to rebuild Punjab into what it once was.”
