City-based youngsters launch their own venture “खाना Leia”

Ludhiana: Two city-based youngsters - Isha Khanna and Tarandeep Chadha have launched their own venture under the brand name “खाना Leia”.
“खाना Leia” is a homemade comfort food. It provides both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food having unique tastes and flavours. The menu includes multiple cuisine. Both Isha Khanna and Taraandeep Chadha are owner-cum-chefs.
They indulge into sanitizing and cutting vegetables to delivering. “Everything has been done by us with the help of our family members keeping in mind the current pandemic situation”, they said. As such, both are becoming role-models for today’s generation. Their parents are glad that their children are upcoming future
To a question, they said, “Since delivery services are not that safe at the moment, and in order to care of the hygiene and safety of ourselves and our customers, food is delivered by our own family member who sincerely takes all the required precautions. Pickup is also available.”
“We also deal in supplying food for large gatherings. Anyone can contact us for any bulk or corporate orders”, they added.
They want to explore different cuisine and travel different states and country to have their culture taste, which will help them to innovate and bring the entire culture taste at one platform.
They reveal that the main motive to start venture at this moment was due to covid-19 as everyone is avoiding to have food from outside. They said at the earlier stage everyone wanted to be a chef and had tried different cuisine at their own but now everyone is tired and all have gone back to their daily work routines. This was the catch which they took as these kids were sending dishes to their friends after that it clicked why not to start the venture by giving different tastes along with all the hygiene factor. 
It may be mentioned here that Tarandeep Chadha is a student of Culinary Arts at Welcom Group Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA), Manipal, Karnataka.
