CICU-WEF Empowers Women Entrepreneurs through Insightful Coffee Session
The Women Entrepreneurs Forum (WEF) of the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) successfully hosted an Interactive Coffee Session dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs on. The event provided a dynamic platform for women leaders, professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and grow together in a spirit of collaboration and inspiration.

Ludhiana, May 20, 2025: The Women Entrepreneurs Forum (WEF) of the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) successfully hosted an Interactive Coffee Session dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs on. The event provided a dynamic platform for women leaders, professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and grow together in a spirit of collaboration and inspiration.
The morning began with an impactful talk by noted Image Consultant, Monica Dhall, who addressed the group on the theme “Self-Nurturing: The Foundation of Entrepreneurial Success”.
Dhall emphasized that true leadership for women begins with self-worth and mindful self-care. Her message struck a chord with attendees as she highlighted how emotional well-being, self-confidence, and personal presentation are essential elements of entrepreneurial growth.
“When women prioritize their own well-being, they become unstoppable forces of change—not only in business, but in their communities,” shared Dhall.
Following the talk, participants engaged in a creative Mood Board Activity that encouraged them to visually map their personal and professional aspirations. Through images, affirmations, and color therapy, women entrepreneurs shared their visions and values in an expressive and empowering format. The activity was widely appreciated for igniting inspiration and offering a fresh perspective on goal setting and self-empowerment.
Speaking on the occasion, CICU-WEF Convenor Rajni Sethi remarked: “Women entrepreneurship is not just about business—it's about vision, resilience, and transformation.
