Ludhiana, August 31, 2019: CICU (Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings), Ludhiana organized a presentation and detailed discussion on Optical Emission Spectrometers (OES) for metal testing with Metal Power Analytical Private Limited.
The event was chaired by Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICU and Managing Director of New Swan Enterprises.
The event was attended by a number of luminaries from Ludhiana’s key metal industries including Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICU and Narendra Bhamra, Managing Director of M/s New Star and President of the Fastener Manufacturers Association of India.
Upkar Singh Ji covered the key highlights of CICU’s stellar work in driving quality and integration within the MSME sector and also charted out the key targets and milestones for CICU in the near and medium-term. Thereafter, Mukund Pant, Director of Metal Power made a presentation on the importance of metal testing to drive industry-wide quality and company-level profitability and also covered Metal Power’s range of spectrometers and their key applications. The presentation was followed by a detailed Q&A with attendees on topics related to metal analysis and spectrometer applications as well as pricing.
The event was highly appreciated by all attendees, who appreciated the tremendous value that CICU is driving through the regular holding of such events.
