The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) organized the 1st and 2nd Quarter Final matches of the S.Angad Singh Memorial – 11th CICU Corporate T-20 Cricket Tournament on 8th March 2026 at GRD Academy Ground, Hambran Road, Ludhiana. The matches were played between Uniparts India Ltd. vs Texla Group and Ganga Acrowools Ltd. vs Vardhman Special Steels Ltd.

Ludhiana, March 9, 2026: The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) organized the 1st and 2nd Quarter Final matches of the S.Angad Singh Memorial – 11th CICU Corporate T-20 Cricket Tournament on 8th March 2026 at GRD Academy Ground, Hambran Road, Ludhiana. The matches were played between Uniparts India Ltd. vs Texla Group and Ganga Acrowools Ltd. vs Vardhman Special Steels Ltd.
In the 1st Quarter Final, the toss was won by Texla Group, who elected to field first. Uniparts India Ltd. scored 163 runs in 20 overs by losing 3 wickets. In response, Texla Group managed 131 runs in 19.4 overs, losing all their wickets. Uniparts India Ltd. won the match by 32 runs. Mr. Rajat Shori of Uniparts India Ltd. delivered an outstanding performance by scoring 102 runs off 63 balls, including 7 fours and 7 sixes and was declared Man of the Match.
In the 2nd Quarter Final, Vardhman Special Steels Ltd. won the toss and decided to bat first. They scored 152 runs in 20 overs losing 8 wickets. Ganga Acrowools Ltd. managed 93 runs in 15.3 overs, losing all wickets. Vardhman Special Steels Ltd. won the match by 59 runs. Mr. Rikki Sharma of Vardhman Special Steels Ltd. delivered an impressive bowling performance by taking 3 wickets for just 15 runs and also bowling a maiden over. He was declared Man of the Match.
