CICU in collaboration with PCTE organised workshop on Business Communication and Etiquette

Ludhiana, June 23, 2023: Upkar Singh Ahuja, President and Honey Sethi, General Secretary, Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) shared that to enhance the healthy work environment in industry by guiding them on how to build relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers. A thorough understanding of business etiquette, and how to institute organizational changes, can help build trust among employees in your organization, as well as promote their professional growth.
 
Eminent speakers Satyjit Dind (Dean) and Dinesh Kumar (director) from Punjab Colleges of Technical Education gave a wonderful presentation and explained about the differences in cultural habits of people, organizations and nations even. Manners of shaking hands with Seniors, juniors and ladies, Corporate-dressing, listening skills and other basic and important points were discussed during the session. Apart from other aspects of the workplace, giving the ownership of job-assigned to the employee was explained in detail.
 
The session was very interactive with participation of 30 representative from industry and participants had good points to discuss about their workplace culture.
