Ludhiana, February 2, 2026: The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertaking – Business Networking Group (CICU BNG) organized a field visit to Hotel Grand Heritage & Resort, Ludhiana, aimed at providing practical exposure, knowledge sharing, and peer learning among its members.
The visit was graciously hosted by Jashan Sidhu, who welcomed the CICU BNG members and provided an in-depth walkthrough of the hotel and resort premises. During the visit, members were briefed on the journey of developing the hospitality project, operational planning, customer-centric practices, sustainability initiatives, and future expansion plans.
