Phoenix Marketcity Bengaluru launched The World of Christmas Season 2 on 6th December with the Unveiling of the tallest Christmas Tree in the country!

The stunning installations featured handmade, larger than life celebratory figurines made in fiberglass. Each of these figurines have been hand-cut and painted by Spanish artist Manolo Rubio. The icing on the cake though, is of course the installation, yet another highlight of the World of Christmas at Phoenix Marketcity is the European Christmas Market which will also be inaugurated on the same day. The unique market will feature well over 1,00,000 exquisite Christmas merchandise from across the globe. There’s everything you can imagine here, from Christmas trees, Santa Claus toys, sparkling baubles and beautiful tinsels to snowflakes and icicles, artistic Christmas balls, handmade décor, stockings, wooden birds, home décor lights and tons more. Adding to the merriment of the festivities, this year Phoenix Marketcity brings you a regal and enchanting experience inspired by the 'Fallas' design style with renowned Spanish installation artist Manolo Rubio and Surreal Design Studio.

The inauguration ceremony featured a headbanging live performance by the band 2 BLUE as they paid tribute to AC/DC & Guns N’ Roses.

What is Christmas gaiety without good old Santa Claus joining in on the fun and festivities. Santa will be there to welcome every visitor to Phoenix Marketcity and will spread the festive spirit by handing out presents to little ones.

Undoubtedly, Christmas celebrations at Phoenix Marketcity are the most awaited events for Bangaloreans, and for good reason too. Right from 6th December to 25th December, every weekend will be marked by the most fun filled events in town.
