Jalandhar, July 26, 2025: Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town Branch, successfully hosted a CBSE-recognized Capacity Building Workshop on the theme “Life Skills – Advanced.” The objective of the workshop was to equip educators with essential life skills necessary for fostering students’ emotional, social, and mental well-being alongside academic excellence. The enlightening session was conducted by Rajeev Budhiraja, a seasoned CBSE trainer and Senior Academic Coordinator, along with Mr. Amit, a renowned educator. Their dynamic and impactful delivery made the workshop both engaging and effective. Teachers actively participated in meaningful discussions during the workshop. The resource persons emphasized integrating critical thinking, leadership skills, analytical reasoning, emotional intelligence, and essential life skills into the teaching-learning process. Real-life case studies, mindfulness exercises, and group reflections inspired teachers to translate these principles into practical classroom strategies. At the conclusion of the workshop, Principal Rajeev Paliwal and Vice Principal Amit presented mementos and saplings as a token of appreciation to the resource persons. They stated, “This workshop aligns perfectly with our holistic approach to education. Life skills are vital for the overall development of every child, and our teachers are now better equipped to nurture the minds and personalities of our students.”
