Book Fairs in Innocent Hearts: Students bought their favorite books

Jalandhar, October 3, 2022: Book fairs have been  organized in all the five schools of Innocent Hearts (Green Model Town, Lohara, Cantt.- Jandiala Road, Royal World and Kapurthala Road).  During Parents Teachers Meet, this book fair lasted for three consecutive days. The children also came with their parents.  They also showed great interest in books and bought their favourite books.  The purpose of organizing this book fair was to increase the knowledge of children by generating interest in their books.  Various types of books such as magazines, dictionaries, Panchatantra-Hitopudesh stories, fables, encyclopaedias, autobiographies, knowledge-science related books, general knowledge, painting books, sports books, pictures, sports etc. The Children bought books according to their interest from this book fair.

On this occasion, Shally Bowry (Executive Director of Schools) said that nowadays children's trend in social media has increased so much, they have forgotten books. They are not in the habit of reading books; Whereas books are not only our true friend but also the right guide, which removes the darkness of ignorance and ignites the light of knowledge.  Therefore, for the intellectual, and mental development of children, they must-read books.  This will not only increase their knowledge but also enhance their reading skills.
