Jalandhar, April 7, 2022: World-renowned, Bollywood’s celebrated choreographer-dancer turned singer, Terence Lewis reached Lovely Professional University (LPU), today, where he enthralled thousands of its students at Shanti Devi Mittal Auditorium of the university. Occasion was the celebration for grand success of his latest debut ballad-song “Shaidayee”, which has amassed five millions of views within a few days of its release.

India’s many TV Reality dance shows’ acclaimed judge- Terence not only interacted with the students but also hopped, swayed, skipped, danced and crooned for them on his debut song ‘Shaidayee’, and other favourite numbers. Amidst this all, LPU students too responded to him equally through their yells, shrieks, thumping and dancing movements. Terence also taught national- international students and instructors some important dance steps on his song, and shared steps on Bhangra beats as well.
The dancing super-star, Terence was welcomed by LPU Pro Chancellor Mrs Rashmi Mittal at the campus. She congratulated him for his debut song with multifarious success. Appreciating LPU’s study-environment, Terence mentioned that LPU is indeed fabulous and impressive, where learning in all forms never ends. He was accompanied by lyricist Vandana Khandelwal and film-maker Ketki Pandit Mehta.
While interacting with the students, Terence informed students that his debut song is a plot-driven love song, with certain characters who unfurl events within a few minutes of the song. Terence also shared that all singers and dancers for him are as gods and goddesses for their own individual skills and talents.  Terence shared with students that in spite of his being highly educated, he pursued his passion and talent, accepted challenges and kept on striving as a learner to ultimately find success. He advised the same to be followed to get immense energy, intelligence and wealth with the passage of time. He advised students to break the barriers, never limit themselves, as they are limitless.
Worth mentioning, Terence made a name for himself when he debuted on ‘Dance India Dance’ as one of the judges in 2009. In the years that followed, he choreographed for a number of films and continued judging several dance reality shows.
