Blood Donation Camp & Tree Plantation Mark 1st Anniversary of Kisna Diamond & Gold Jewellery
50 Units of Blood Collected at CSR Initiative

Zirakpur, April 8, 2026: Kisna Diamond & Gold Jewellery, in association with Green Planet Society, Zirakpur and Amcare Hospital, Zirakpur, successfully organized a blood donation camp at its showroom near Ambala Highway, Zirakpur. The initiative was undertaken as part of the company’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts to give back to society.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation, with approximately 50 donors contributing blood. Extending its commitment beyond healthcare, the company also carried out a tree plantation drive, planting 50 saplings at Sukhna Choe, Gazipur, Zirakpur. Additionally, food was distributed among the underprivileged as part of the outreach program.
On the occasion, Ghanshyam Dholakia, Founder & MD, Hari Krishna Group, stated that the initiative marked the first anniversary of the Zirakpur showroom. Reflecting on the brand’s commitment, he said, “At the time of our showroom launch last year, we pledged to give back to society through meaningful initiatives such as feeding the needy, planting a tree on every invoice, and celebrating milestones through CSR activities. To mark this special occasion, we organized a blood donation camp, tree plantation drive, and food distribution to contribute positively to the community.”
Sumit Bhardwaj, President, Green Planet Society, emphasized the importance of collective efforts in environmental conservation. He shared that the society has already planted over 25,000 saplings across 23 acres of land under MC Zirakpur and aims to plant 10 lakh trees by 2031. “We will continue collaborating with organizations to achieve this vision,” he added.
The event was attended by prominent individuals including KK Soni, Jagvir Mehla, Akshay Koshish, and Sukda from Green Planet Society; Parkash Purohit from Kisna Diamond & Gold Jewellery; and Dr. Kartik from Amcare Hospital, among others.
