Jalandhar, September 8, 2015: The Department of Design of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar has added a new CNC Engraving Machine to their carpentry workshop. The machine has been brought from Ahmedabad and it is equipped to cut and engrave the 2-D and 3-D designs created by design students. It will improve efficiency by helping to create neat designs at a fast speed. Products like door, furniture, wooden jallis, murals and live style products can be beautifully created with ease with the help of this machine. Dr.Sucharita, Principal of the College said that knowledge of the latest gadgets and equipment available, and proper usage of these machines is essential for students to grow in their particular stream.
