An Expert Talk on Stress to Success and La Excellencia Awards organised at DAVIET

Jalandhar, December 19, 2022:  The Gender Sensitisation Cell and Internal Complaint Committee of DAVIET organized an Expert Talk on Stress to Success, followed by La Excellencia Awards to honour the extraordinary here today. The resource person of the day was Shaina Kochar, an internationally certified Life coach, media person, author, and positivity mentor.

The La Excellencia awards were organized in association with Rashmi Nimantran Events. The Event was Powered by Ritu Kolentine, International Makeup Artist and Academy, and Supported by “I Am Team” and Choreographer Nishant Sandal. The primary aim of the talk was to equip the students with the skill sets to overcome stress and become successful. The event aims to recognize and appreciate the outstanding work done by people from different walks of life in diverse fields. 
Dr Sanjeev Naval, the Offt. Principal welcomed the Chief Guest, Sonia Virdi and Kimi Juneja, and the Key Note Speaker, Shaina Kochar. 

The keynote speaker Shaina Kochhar delivered the talk on Stress to Success. She highlighted the fact that there is a significant need to overcome stress to court success in all our endeavours. She identified stress as the most critical factor limiting our ability to work at our full potential and achieve our goals. She gave some spiritual tips to overcome stress and anxiety in our day-to-day life.
