Chandigarh, May 4, 2026: BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh today said that the BJP has scripted a new chapter of history in West Bengal under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said this success story will soon be repeated in Punjab, where people have been suffering under an AAP government that is allegedly patronising gangsters and mafias.
Chugh said the Prime Minister’s vision of growth and development has brought laurels to the BJP in Bengal, where Mamata Banerjee had been running a government marked by goondaism and communalism.
He added that Punjab is also set to witness a similar transformation, giving a strong push to make the state free from drug and mining mafias while providing a new vision of growth and development for the youth.
