Mohali, June 13, 2026: 80 units of blood were collected during a blood donation camp to mark World Blood Donor Day at Livasa Hospital, Mohali on Saturday.

Every unit of blood donated has the power to save multiple lives. On World Blood Donor Day, we salute the extraordinary generosity of our voluntary blood donors, NGOs, and motivators who continue to strengthen the healthcare system through their selfless service, said Anurag Yadav, CEO-Livasa Hospitals.

Dr. Abhishek Garg, Facility Director said that voluntary blood donors are silent heroes who make a remarkable difference in the lives of patients and their families. Through awareness, recognition, and community participation, we can collectively ensure that no patient suffers due to a shortage of blood, he asserted.
