110 attend health camp at Baltana

Zirakpur: As many as 110 people attended a health checkup and awareness camp for senior citizens at Baltana today. Deepinder Dhillon inaugurated the camp which was organized by Amcare Hospital, Zirakpur, where its team of experts examined the people for their various health ailments.
 
In camp the bone and joint health assessment were done by bone & joint specialist, Dr Mohit Bansal. The tests including blood pressure, complete blood count and RBS were also provided free of cost during camp besides medicine consultations.
 
During occasion, Dr Bansal advised senior citizens on how to keep proper joint care during the winters, as joint pain tends to increase during the winter months. He also shared various exercises to increase bone and overall health.
