In a dazzling display of style and grace, the Best Dress Competition saw Dr. Neha Mandal from the PHC Department crowned as the winner. Her exceptional sense of fashion and poise made her stand out, earning her well-deserved recognition. Mrs. Vandana Thakur from the HR Department secured the Runner's Up position, adding to the celebration of the diverse talents within the organization.
