Zee stars dance up a storm at Ankita-Naren wedding!

There’s never been a Zee shaadi without the tadka of naach gaana! So, the big fat Marathi wedding coming up on Pavitra Rishta is no exception! Yes, India’s favorite dinner-time drama is about to take a dramatic turn at 9 PM on Monday, 2nd December as the show’s protagonist Ankita (Ankita Lokhande) is all set to tie the knot with boss Naren (Karan Mehra).

The week that just went by saw the elders of the Pavitra Rishta  family Savita tai (Usha Nadkarni) and Sulochana (Savita Prabhune) make appearances across Zee TV’s other primetime shows, inviting all the characters to come join the Pavitra Rishta family in the wedding gala festivities!

The wedding will be a grand ‘ZEE’ celebration with a 1 and a ½ hour entertainment-packed shaadi special mahaepisode being currently shot where the hottest stars including  Zoya and Tanveer of Qubool Hai (Surbhi Jyoti and Amrapali), Rachana of Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke (Mahima Makwana), Shivani of Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se (Mansi Shrivastav) will dance up a storm at the Sangeet ceremony! All your favorite actors including Kamla and Vitthal of Ek Mutthi Asmaan (Shilpa Shirodkar and Mohit Daga), Shail and Seema  of Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke ( Vaishnavi Mahant and Alka Mogha), Farhaan, Nikhat and Haseena of Qubool Hai (Vishal Nayak, Archana Taide Sharma and Nishi Singh), Shruti and Sanjay of Khelti hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi (Gautami Kapoor and Manav Gohil) will also be seen getting together to bless the couple!

The wedding is a marriage of compromise for Ankita who is marrying a man with a mental ailment, putting her own personal happiness aside. Given their poor financial scenario, Ankita will marry Naren to bring stability to the lives of her siblings! Right in the middle of the wedding celebration, when Naren gets one of his occasional fits, his mental ailment creates quite a stir – Will Ankita stand firm against all resistance and tie the knot or will she succumb to pressure from all her family and well wishers and leave Naren high and dry at the altar?
