Zee Cinema celebrates 20 years with Lagaan

Zee Cinema celebrates 20 years of winning hearts this Saturday, April 5, 2014 and on this occasion they have decided to celebrate its happiness with its viewers by airing the never-been-aired-before-on-Zee Cinema movie, Lagaan. Known for its stellar star cast and spectacular performances, the movie is an Indian epic sports drama film based in Victorian India where a group of villagers bet their lives on a game of cricket against the ruthless Britishers. Apart from all the drama related to sports, the movie has its soft side too with the popular actor Aamir Khan seen romancing the girl next door, Gracy Singh.
The movie received immense critical acclaim as well as a number of International and Indian awards. With A. R.
