Ludhiana. 30th October 2019: You become an entrepreneur the day you throw your old ideas", said Anil Kumar, Executive Director, Shreyans Industries Ltd at the Student's Forum of Ludhiana Management Association held at PCTE Group of Institutes.

With the high note of enthusiasm, an interactive session was organized at the campus to enlighten the students about entrepreneurship in today's competitive world. The speech was delivered by one of the experienced persons, Anil Kumar who has also been the ex-president of the Ludhiana Management Association. Students from various colleges and Universities like PAU, GGI, Ludhiana Group of Colleges, SBS, KIMT, & PCTE Group of Institutes were present at the session.

The aim of this forum was to educate the students regarding how to establish a well-managed business organization. The talk started off with the quotations focusing on the need of becoming passionate and thirsty. Further, Kumar mentioned key hallmarks for the organization, and the need to put your insight into action.

Further, he mentioned the qualities a leader must carry, "Leadership not only required leading an organization rather a leader must create more leaders by making their employees competitive."

"Being an MBA student, I have always looked for something that can guide me on what things do management requires. This lecture informed me about many things that I need to focus on. Especially, in today's market where the customers have ample choices, one has to build an organization that gratifies their needs. This is what I learned today, “said Lakshay Gupta, a management student from Ludhiana Group of Colleges.

One this informative note, Director General of PCTE, Dr. KNS Kang mentioned, "Management now days might be common but back in the previous century, it was rare and gaining knowledge from someone who has been in the field, is certainly the best one can ask for. These student forum sections have definitely given exposure to the students which no book can deliver."
