On the second day of a five-day Yoga Protocol Training Program—organized by the Haryana Yoga Commission at the Police Training College (PTC), Sunaria, in observance of International Yoga Day 2026—approximately 1,476 police personnel enthusiastically participated in yoga practice sessions.

Rohtak, May 16, 2026: On the second day of a five-day Yoga Protocol Training Program—organized by the Haryana Yoga Commission at the Police Training College (PTC), Sunaria, in observance of International Yoga Day 2026—approximately 1,476 police personnel enthusiastically participated in yoga practice sessions.
The objective of this program is to raise awareness about yoga among police personnel and to inspire them to adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
District Ayurvedic Officer Dr. Satpal, Yoga Expert Dr. Pooja, and Yoga Assistants Neelam, Indu, Satyawan, and Amit guided the participants through the yoga exercises. While highlighting the benefits of yoga, they explained that regular practice helps reduce stress, enhances mental concentration, and improves work efficiency.
Officers and staff members of the PTC also actively participated in the program.
