Noida, June 21, 2025: The 11th International Yoga Day 2025, dedicated to the ancient yoga science of India towards global health and mental balance, was organized at Mahagun Mywoods, Noida Extension. Participants, including youth and children, participated enthusiastically in this event.
Renowned yoga trainer Anjali Gera Malik made the participants practice yoga as per the yoga protocol. During yoga practice, various subtle exercises, yoga asanas and pranayamas included in the protocol such as Malasana, Trikonasana, Titli Asana, Vrikshasana, Tadasana, Bhujangasana, Anulom-Vilom, Kapalabhati etc. were practiced. Participants experienced physical consciousness and mental vigor by participating in yoga practice.
Describing yoga and Ayurveda as an important part of Indian culture, Yoga Instructor Anjali said that this year International Yoga Day is being celebrated on the theme "Yoga for One Earth-One Health", which is a proud moment for us Indians. She said that yoga is not just a group of asanas or pranayama but a lifestyle, through which physical, mental and intellectual development is possible. She said that yoga provides complete health to humans by establishing harmony between body, mind and soul and it is the basis of discipline, self-control and mental strength.
