With stress, anxiety, and lifestyle-related diseases on the rise today, the relevance of Yoga has become greater than ever. He emphasized that women's health implies more than just the absence of disease; it encompasses physical fitness, emotional well-being, mental resilience, reproductive health, and social well-being. He noted that the health of women is essential for the progress of the entire nation.
