Yoga Day celebrated by BSF

Ferozepur, June 21, 2022: More than two hundred BSF personnel of all the ranks participated in Yoga Practice along with their family members on the occasion of World Yoga Day at Hussainiwala Joint Check Post. 

On this occasion, Ashok Kumar, Officiating DIG BSF Ferozepur Sector said that all must make yoga, an integral part of their lives. He said that BSF has been entrusted a great responsibility and only a fit body with fit mind can do it. He said that with the help of yoga and pranayam, one can get a fit body and a fit mind also. 

All the BSF jawans also listed the live telecast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech on Yoga Day.
