Workshop at UIET, PU

Chandigarh, January 21, 2019: Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of University Institute of Engineering and Technology(UIET), Panjab University, Chandigarh organized a workshop on ‘Showing your Startup idea the daylight’ in collaboration with Chandigarh Angels Network (CAN) and GCET Jammu under TEQIP-III and Design Innovation Centre (DIC) funding. Students from various disciplines participated in the workshop wherein they were apprised of ideating and executing a business, raising money from Angels, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency. Industry experts Mr.VineetKhurana and Mr.KunalNandwani motivated the students for developing their start-up skills. The workshop concluded with the session by Dr.Sanjeev Gupta from GCET Jammu. He talked about the 3As (Aptitude, Attitude, and Ability) necessary to sustain a Startup. EDC UIET believes in creating a nurturing environment for budding entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial-minds and conducts workshops, events, interactive sessions, and many more such endeavours that have proven to be stepping stones for many individuals and teams.
