Workshop on ‘resume writing and facing the interview’

Jalandhar: Placement and Training Cell of Apeejay College of Fine Arts organised 2 day workshop on ‘Resume Writing and Facing the Interview’. This workshop was especially for final year students. 

Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra expressed her views on the authenticity of such workshops. She opines that sometime academically good students are unable to write either effective resume or face the interview penal due to lack of confidence. Such workshops definitely make them concentrate upon the facts regarding resume writing and interview. So that they can get good jobs and become self sufficient. Among the speakers, Dr. Vijay Shair shared the tips regarding presentation before the penal for interview. He talked of body language and confidence in language speech. Dr. Manisha Sharma, Dean, Placement and Training Cell effectively shared her views on verbal and non verbal communication. Ms. Nayala Arora communicated the tips for resume writing.
