Workshop on hair analysis and texturing 

Jalandhar: The PG Department of Fashion Makeovers of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar organized a 4 day workshop on Hair Analysis and Texturing for the students of B.Voc. Beauty & Wellness and the students of Value Added Course- Beauty and Wellness

The Resource Person of the day was Mr. Anmol, freelancer hairdresser and owner of Beauty Beats, Jalandhar.

Addressing the students, Mr. Anmol put forth that before cutting or styling hair, one needs to have all the knowledge regarding the tools. Styling should be finalized only after understanding the texture of hair. They also learnt how to take care of the tools before and after usage, hair texturing and cutting lines according to the scalp of the client.

Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra put forth that Fashion Makeovers is such course where one can’t learn anything without the practical exposure. Thus, to give our students the best exposure, we always make sure that the students have a reliable guidance from the experts in industry. She appreciated the efforts of Ms. Meenal Sandhu, HOD, Fashion Makeovers for successfully organizing the workshop.
