Wipro visits SBS Campus for Placements

Ferozepur, February 13, 2018: One of the esteemed multinational companies, Wipro visited Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus for the Pool Campus placement drive of all the Government Engineering colleges of Punjab for 2018 passing out B.Tech students for CSE, ECE, ME, Electrical Engineering .The Wipro offered a package at 3.25 Lacs per annum to the selected students.
Dr.T.S.Sidhu, Director said that the companies selected the candidates after clearing the Aptitude Test, Technical- and HR-rounds. He proudly said that SBSSTC, Ferozepur has called more than 35 Companies for the recruitment of students in 2017-18 including Infosys, Wipro, Sonalika, Nestle, Adobe Systems, Compro Technologies, DSM-Sinochem, CTL, Kudos etc and the same efforts will be carried out in Future too for providing job opportunities to the border belt of Ferozepur for uplifting the technical education in this area.
Chairman BOG Sh.Akhil Malhotra, Director T.S.Sidhu and TPO Dr. Vishal Sharma (Associate Professor) congratulated the selected students and their families.
